The 6 Fists (of Produce) Challenge

This is a 5-day team nutrition challenge that will improve your energy, mood, and digestion (and possibly win you a prize)!

When: Monday-Friday, January 22 to January 26 (next week!)

What you’ll get out of it: Better digestion, improved mood, new feeling of wellbeing, lower inflammation, exposure to new recipes with simple ingredients, the chance to win a prize for your team!

What to do: Eat 6 Fists (about 6 Cups, or 800g) of fresh (or frozen) produce each day.  Try to incorporate the color of the day for 3 fists if possible.

Monday: Greens
Tuesday: Red/Pink
Wednesday: Yellow
Thursday: Orange
Friday: Blue/Purple/Dark

Due to severe weather in the area, the HMI Charlotte & Charleston offices/warehouses will close at 1pm today.

Normal Business Hours to resume Wednesday, January 10.

HMI will be conducting an annual inventory count on Friday, December 29. Both warehouses will be CLOSED all day. Please plan accordingly as we will not be shipping material during this time.

Labor Day constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contribution’s workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

In Observance of Labor Day, all HMI Offices and Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 4. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 5.

Due to inclement weather, the HMI Charleston Warehouse will close at noon today and reopen Friday at 7:30am
